See, we use countable when things can be counted such as: persons, candies, animals, etc.
*I can count all the money that I have
> so money can be counted
We use uncountable when things can´t be counted such as: water, soil, juice, homework, etc.
*I can´t count how many milk does she drinks
> so this means that milk can´t be counted.
