John doesn't know how to cook but he is in the kitchen preparing hamburgers. Give him some advices using Should and Shouldn't.

You shouldn't leave the pan alone, the meat can dry out or burn and that can ruin the taste.

You should make sure the meat youre using was preserved correctly before you cook with it.

You shouldn't  salt your beef until the patties are formed. Salt will dissolve muscle proteins.
