WRITING A formal e-mail about a problem
In a formal e-mail about a problem, we describe a
problem and make suggestions for improving it. We often
express hope that the situation will improve.
FORMAL LANGUAGE
When writing a formal e-mail we use polite, formal
language. We do not use colloquial language or
contractions. We end the letter with Yours sincerely or
Yours faithfully.
