"Eating in Britain”
In Britain, people usually have a quick breakfast - toast or cereals with tea
or coffee-but they sometimes have the traditional English breakfast of bacon and
eggs at weekends.
At eleven they often have a cup of tea or coffee with a biscuit. At one
oʻclock they have a sandwich for lunch.
Dinner is early, at six in the evening. Before bed, people often have a
snack.​
