En la opción B) P.C.  puede significar presente continuo o pasado continuo, pero como en las oraciones te ponen el tiempo yesterday, entonces son en pasado continuo, entonces las oraciones son:

-  I was running at school at 1:00 pm yesterday
- She was studying history yesterday morning
- They were sleeping at 3 am today

GRUPO C, Cambiar B a interrogativo y negativo

Interrogación: Was I running at school at 1:00 pm yesterday?

Negativo: I wasn´t running at school at 1:00 pm yesterday

Interrogación:  Was she studying history yesterday morning?
Negativo :   She wasn´t studying history yesterday morning

Interrogación :   Were they sleeping at 3 am today?
