The methods of separation of mixtures are those physical processes by which the mixtures can be separated. [1] In general, the method to be used is defined according to the types of components of the mixture and the essential properties, as well as the most important preferences between phases.

Separation is the operation in which a mixture undergoes some treatment that divides it into at least two different substances Since the separation process and at the end of the separation the substances retain their identity, without any change in their composition and properties chemical [2].
Among the physical properties of the phases that are used for their separation, is the boiling point, solubility, density, magnetism, sublimation and others.
The methods of separation of mixtures [3] are classified as:
Separation of solid mixtures.
Separation of mixtures of a solid and a liquid.
Separation of mixtures of liquids or chemicals.
