There is a lot of meals and snack that aren't healthy for people but we still eat it. Usually, people want to have a good lifestyle, doing excersice and eating fruit or vegetables but that's not everything. You should take a big breakfast with eggs, coffee, toast bread and fruit. Also, a healthy sandwich is good for your body. At the lunch, you can eat meat as a protein, some rice, avocado, a salad (really important), juice and a soup. Do not get used your body to eat many candies or sugar between meals becausr is so dangerous for you, and you will get sick or you can get an healthy problem.
