When I first woke up, I drank a glass of water, then I ate scrambled eggs, some baby carrots, 3 pieces of watermelon, and a cup of oats with milk. For dinner my dad made rice with some vegetables and my mom prepared chilaquiles, we had our food with a glass of soda. At night I was still hungry so I went to the kitchen and made some coffee for myself, and with it I also ate a piece of bread.
