Sorry, I hadn't read your email, how are you? I'm fine, I'm exercising a lot. I would like to recommend you some healthy snacks, that are very easy to prepare! Cereals are my favorite snack, it are delicious and really healthy, and they give me a lot of energy to exercising, also, you can eat protein bars, they are better!
