In this essay, I will cover the topic of social media. Most people are glued to their phones. We can see this everywhere. It has become globally accepted over the world. I will talk about the negative impacts of social media.
The main negative impact is the bullying on social media. My personal experience is a compelling example of this. I have been harassed and stalked by my friends and classmates for many reasons. I don't have any friends and I feel very awful with myself. This has a greater impact in my self-esteem. The pandemia for the coronavirus has indisputably increase the amount of bullying I have received. This example speaks volumes of the disadvantages of social media.
In conclusion, social media can not only have negative impacts in children, but also affect them emotionally. Teachers and parents should be more careful with their children and their usage of social media.
