He/she/it + does not (doesn't) + infinitivo + complemento

Interrogative:

Do + I/you/we/they + infinitivo + complemento...?

Does + he/she/it + infinitivo + complemento ...?

Nota: un verbo en infinitivo es un verbo sin conjugación.
