"POLAR EXPRESS" movie 2004
The Polar Express recounts the adventures that an eight-year-old boy experiences on the night of December 24 (Christmas Eve), just when he begins to lose hope of continuing to believe in the existence of Santa Claus and the spirit that comes with celebrating Christmas. As he prepares for sleep, a huge train that magically walks on the snow without derailing has stopped right in front of the door of his home. The boy leaves his room impressed and, while he is exploring the exterior of the mysterious train, he is invited to board it by the ticket office of the same (Tom Hanks).
A boy is awake in his room on a snowy Christmas Eve, excited and alert. Breathing silently. Almost without moving. Waiting. Watch to see if he hears a sound he is afraid he will never hear: the tinkling of bells on Santa's sleigh.

It's five minutes to midnight. Suddenly, a thunderous noise shocks the boy. Removing the fog from the window, he sees something incredible: a gleaming black train stops right in front of his house, steam from its powerful engine whistles through the night sky, and snowflakes gently fall.

The boy runs off, dressed only in pajamas and slippers, and is greeted by the train conductor who appears to be waiting for him. "Well, are you coming?" Asks the driver.

"Where?"

"To the North Pole, of course. This is the Polar Express!"
A child is in bed, awake, might to the sounds that come from outside. It's five minutes to midnight. That can't be surprising if it weren't for the must anticipated night of the year: Christmas Eve. However, the boy is sad and disenchanted because he thinks that Christmas is not what it seems. He has lost the faith that he had before… Then a terrible crash brings him out of his slumber and a huge black train stops at the door of his house. When he goes out to take a look, the conductor invites him, along with the other passengers - a very varied group of children - to go to the North Pole, where Santa Claus lives.
