A)  It is the process of water circulation between the different compartments that make up the hydrosphere.

B)  2.5% of the Earth's water and is found mostly frozen in glaciers and ice caps. Approximately 96% of fresh water in a liquid state is located underground and the remaining small fraction is found on the surface or in the atmosphere
