2 Cubes Tomato Concentrate with Chicken CONSOMATE®
2 Leaves Bay leaf
1 teaspoon ground dried thyme
1/2 cup water
2 Pieces Carrots
2 Potato pieces cooked and cut into cubes
1 tablespoon butter
1 Piece Chicken breast cooked and shredded
15 Pieces Corn Tortillas
1/2 cup corn oil
6 Pieces Guajillo chili without seeds and soaked in hot water
1 Piece guajillo chili without seeds and soaked in hot water
----Instructions
Liquefy
1.-For the sauce, blend 6 pieces of guajillo chili with the CONSOMATE® Concentrated Tomato with Chicken, the thyme, the bay leaf, 1 cup of water and the guajillo chili, heat the sauce for 5 minutes; constantly moving and reserve.

2.-For the filling, blend the remaining guajillo chili with 1/2 cup of water and the CONSOMATE® Tomato Concentrate with Chicken: strain and reserve.
Fries
3.-Besides, heat the butter and fry the vegetables and chicken, add what you blended, mix and heat for 5 minutes. Reservation.
