Preparation:
1 Put in a blender the tomatoes, onion, pepper, celery leaves, pepper and a cup of water. Blend until sauce has chunks of vegetables.2 After cleaning, despresar chicken and remove the skin, seal it in a medium saucepan with a splash of oil. Agrégale salt, pepper and a little oregano.3 When the pieces are browned on all sides add the blended sauce and a pinch more salt.4 Wait a boil and reduce heat by half. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.5 Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into medium pieces.6 When 15 minutes have elapsed, add the potatoes and check the salt is fine.7 Let cook over medium heat until the potatoes are ready.8 Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes and serve your chicken stew served with white rice and a good salad.
