Most likely they will not, they may at some point develop increasingly successful medications or treatments with this disease, but not the total cure

There will be enough food for everyone

Definitely there could be no food taken from natural resources, the human being in an inconsiderate way every day spends more resources in an irrational way and at some point there will be no where to take resources for food or water

Countries will fight poverty

YES, they will, because in fact, they already do

Cars will use fuels other than oil

Of course, it may be that at a given moment in history, cars come to use renewable energy for their mobility.
