APRENDEMOS A HACER UNA TARTA DE MANZANA!

225 gr wholewheat flour: harina de trigo
10 ml freshly ground nutmeg: nuez moscada
5 ml ground cinnamon: canela molida
10 ml baking power: levadura
225 gr cooking apples, pealed and chopped: manzanas peladas y troceadas
125 gr butter: mantequilla
225 gr brown sugar: azúcar moreno
2 eggs, beaten: 2 huevos batidos
a little milk(optional) : un poco de leche
15 ml honey: miel
Preparacion:
1. Grease an 18 cm deep round cake tin. Line with greaseproof paper and grease the paper.
Unta con mantequilla un recipiente para tartas . Cubre con papel de horno también untado.
2. Add the wholewheat flour, nutmeg, cinammon, and baking powder into a bowl. Mix in the chopped cooking apples:
Pon la harina, nuez moscada, canela y la levadura en un recipiente. Mezcla junto con las manzanas tropeadas.
3. Put the butter and sugar into a bowl and beat until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs, a little at a time, and continue to beat.
Pon la mantequilla y el azúcar en un recipiente y bate hasta que la mezcla quede ligera y espumosa. Añade los huevos poco a poco y continua batiendo.
4. Fold the flour mixture into the creamed mixture with a little milk if necessary, to give a dropping consistency.
Vuelca la mezcla harinosa hecha anteriormente en la nueva mezcla cremosa y añade un poco de leche, si es necesario, para darle más consistencia.
5. Turn the mixture into the prepared tin. Bake in the oven at 170º for about 1 1/2 hours.
Méte la mezcla en el horno durante aprox. hora y media. Sácalo del horno y deja enfriar. Decora con miel y un poco de azúcar moreno.
