En el verbo To be la regla nos dice que cuando tenemos pronombres personales en la tercera persona, o sea (She, He, It) debemos agregar ya sea (S-ES-IES) al verbo.

Cuando tenemos pronombres personales en primera persona (They, You, We, I) los verbos quedan igual.
