(We can use 'sometimes' either at the beggining or at the end of the sentence.)

-Tom is usually very friendly. 
(We always use the frequency verb after Verb To Be and before another kind of verb, for example this statement. Did you notice that I put 'always' before 'use'?)

-Sometimes I take sugar in my coffee. /  I take sugar in my coffee sometimes.
-Roman is often hungry.
-It never rains in California.
-Same is always late for work.
