Soy muy buena en inglés entonces puedes confiar.

Un consejo te recomiendo que siempre cheques tu ortografía por que un error de spelling es un error. :) solo es para que lo tomes en cuenta.

PAST CONTINUOUS

SUBJECT+ VERB TO BE IN PAST+VERB+ING+COMPLEMENT.

SUJETO+ VERBO TO BE EN PASADO (y si es negativo lo pones en forma negativa) O  PRESENTE+ VERBO CON ING+ COMPLEMENTO.

QUESTIONS PC

VERB TO BE (en presente o pasado depende el caso) + SUBJECT+ VERB+ING+COMPLEMENT+?

Espero te sirva y hayas entendido la información :), a si cuando es presente continuo el verb to be va en presente, cuando es pasado continuo el verb to be va en pasado y cuando es pregunta si es pasado pasado y si es presente es presente.
