Y así.. cuando es singular es con there is y cuando es plural es there are, y dsp de eso tenes que seguir con lo que dice ej: in this room three Windows (en esta habitación 3 ventanas) entonces pones there are three Windows in this room (hay 3 ventanas en esta habitación)
