As we are breathing right now, there are crimes being comited. It's been said that every three seconds, someone in somewhere it's commiting a crime. 
We must said that not all crimes have the same intensity.
If we are talking about a crime it could be a thief, a killer, etc...
Not all of this crimes are treated equally before the law. Some of these might take us to jail or maybe we can be punished with some kind of fine. These fines always depends on the gravity of the crime...
