Aclaración: Didn't es la contracción de did not, si prefieres utilizar did not está correcto, no hay ninguna diferencia.

En la pregunta 4, la respuesta mas acertada es la que coloqué, no obstante, para poder utilizar esa estructura gramatical es necesario que al final haya un sigo de interrogación.
