In case of being a victim or knowing of acts of abuse of authority (arbitrary and unjust act), you must file a complaint (criminal action by which a person brings a behavior that constitutes a crime to the attention of the competent authority) before the Attorney General of the Nation, verbally or in writing, narrating the facts clearly and briefly.
The Prosecutor's Office receives complaints in different service centers, such as the User Service Rooms -S.A.U-, the Immediate Reaction Units -U.R.I-, the Victim Service Centers and the Justice Houses. For more information, click here

For these behaviors, you can also file a complaint or complaint with the entity of which the public servant is a part, and in the same way with the Attorney General's Office, so that, if there is room for it, they initiate the disciplinary process corresponding to lack of it, you can go to the Municipal Attorney or Ombudsman.
