Diferencia:

El will lo usaremos con predicciones. Tales como «ganaré la lotería», «seré millonario cuando sea grande», etc.

El Be Going To se usa para cosas más seguras, cosas que harás, pero si no las haces, no pasa nada. Por ejemplo «Yo haré mi cama esta noche», «Mañana yo cocinaré», etc.
