Lo que te pide que hagan es dibujar lo que dicen aqui te lo traduzco:

El problema es : La contaminación de ríos es debido por que la gente tira mucha basura en ella.

La solución: Vamos a organizar un grupo que limpie el rio.

Ahora dice en la segunda tarea que dibujes eso, dibuja en un cuadro un rio contaminado por bolsas, basura, etc.

Luego en otro cuadro dibuja a un grupo limpiando el rio.
