Im going to talk about my routine in the week. Firstable i always take a shower after that i wake up. Then i sometimes have a healthy lunch because i usually prefer a fast lunch in Mc Donald´s. Then i go to school and talk with my friends, after 1pm i take a snack and then i go to my dance classes, i love doing that because i feel so relaxed when i dance ballet with my teammates. I rarely don´t go to my ballet classes. At 7pm i have english classes and after that i have my dinner. I rarely eat fruit at dinner but i try to eat more because i have to loss weight. I never do excercise at night because my muscles often hurt at that hour. I always go to sleep at 11pm because the next day i have classes at school.
