Explicación:

1) Primero tienes que saber cuál es el verbo "to be" correspondiente en cada caso, o sea, am en primera persona (I am), is en tercera persona (she is/he is/it is) y are en segunda persona o en plural (you are/they are/we are). Después, tienes que agregar un "ing" al verbo siguiendo reglas que YA DEBERÍAS SABER (si termina en "e", sustituyes la "e" por "ing", si termina en "ie", sustituyes el "ie" por una "y" y agregar "ing", y con los demás verbos es cuestión de agregarlo nada más).

2) En esta tienes que crear oraciones de tu preferencia con la estructura del presente continuo (Sujeto + verbo to be + verbo + ing + complemento + .)

3) Las oraciones que creaste previamente se convierten a preguntas siguiendo la estructura de las preguntas en presente continuo (Verbo to be + sujeto + verbo + ing + complemento + ?)

4) Solo tienes que completar de modo que la oración tenga sentido. No sé bien cómo explicar esta, sorry.
