Deben convertir el texto en la forma ING, es decir, primero indentificarán los verbos, seguido de eso deben hacer anexarle ING de la manera correcta según las reglas y por último deben anteponer el verbo to be correspondiente.
el texto:I get up around 8:30 every morning and I make some coffee. I spend the morning at home, and I have some lunch at 12 o’clock.

At one o’clock I leave home and catch the metro. I take the metro to the center, where I start work at 1:30.

I teach five classes every day, and I finish work late. After work, I go to home to make dinner. I eat dinner at 8:00 pm, I read a book at 9:00 pm and I go to bed at 10:00 pm. Sometimes, I have a drink with my friends after work.

At weekends, I go walking in the mountains or I visit my friends.
