Ingredients

4 guinea pigs

2 kilos of yellow or pink potato

100 grams roasted and ground peanuts

4 tablespoons of ground chili pepper

3 tablespoons of yellow pepper paste without spicy

4 tablespoons minced garlic (dressing)

2 tbsp ground garlic (sauce)

1 pink onion cut into squares

Salt and pepper

Roasted oregano

Steps

1 Put the oil in a frying pan over low heat, while heating it, season the guinea pig pieces with garlic, cumin, salt, and then fry in the hot oil. That they brown well on both sides, when it is cooked we remove. We reserve

2 Apart we boil the potatoes in water with a little salt and then peel and cut them. In a pot we heat oil, fry the onion and garlic until they are transparent.

3.We also add the ground chili panca, season with salt, pepper and cumin, yellow chili without spicy, add the oregano, which fries well for three minutes.
