No me se ninguna receta con todos estos verbos asi que te voy a poner frases:

POUR: She puredme a glass of water
BEAT: Before you scrmble eggs, you have to beat them
MELT: Gary bought a ham and cheese melt at the store
ADD: Herbs will add to the flavour of the soup
MIX: Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs
CHOP: Chop the onion before adding it to the stew
PEEL: You should peel the skin of the potatoes before boiling them
FRY: Kelsey fried the potatoes until they were golden
BOIL: I like to boil shrimp with potatoes and corn
STIR: Stir all of the ingredients together with a spoon
