Es una receta para tarta de queso estilo Halloween ya que estamos en esas fechas
Ingredientes:
Para la base:
300 gramos de galletas chocolate
150 gramos de Mantequilla
50 gramos de Azúcar (¼ taza)
Para el relleno:
550 gramos de queso fresco
170 gramos de Azúcar
100 mililitros de nata montada
Para la decoración de chocolate:
120 mililitros de nata para montar
120 gramos de Chocolate fondant
Explicación:
We start with the base. Prepare a removable mold and lightly grease it. Chop the cookies with the blender and pour them into a bowl. Add the sugar and butter (better a little undone in the microwave to facilitate mixing) and stir well to form a paste. Place the pasta in the mold and flatten it well so that it is an even base. Leave the mold in the fridge while you continue with the rest of the recipe for this dessert. Next we prepare the chocolate decoration. Heat the whipping cream in a saucepan and then add the chocolate to melt. Stir well while unraveling. When the chocolate sauce is ready, reserve four tablespoons in a cup and the rest can be poured over the chocolate base of our cake for Halloween. Now we get the cheese filling. Mix the fresh cheese with the sugar and stir well with a few rods. Then we add the whipped cream and mix again, with enveloping movements. We pour the mixture over the cake mold and hit the mold on the work table so that it is compact. Now we only need to draw the decoration of this monstrous cake. Put the chocolate sauce that we have reserved in a cup in a pastry bag and draw a spiral on the cheese with it. With a toothpick we draw curved lines from the center of the cake, making the effect of the spider web. The toothpick should be cleaned every time.
