Me pueden ayudar con una carta reclamando por un producto que no llego en tiempo o un un mal servicio(Amazon, alguna paquetería, etc.) usando past perfect, causatives get and have.

A few months ago I bought a Play Station 4 on Amazon, when it arrived I plugged it in and was surprised that it was broken. It did not turn on and had a damaged part, so I called the company and they took it away. I'm still waiting for another one to be brought to me but there has been no response, I hope it arrives in good condition.
