Según lo que entendí sería esto:
Today isn't Wednesday, is it?
She speaks English very well, doesn't she?
The bus doesn't stop here, does it?
She isn't the girl you were referring to, is she?
You are not at all interested in what I'm saying, are you?
Juan will be at school tomorrow, won't he?
She isn't his sister, is she?
They are very serious students, aren't they?
Sam is a friendly girl, isn't she?
Your homework wasn't food enough, was it?

Es solo poner las otras partes con lo contrario a lo que lleva la pregunta. Es decir si la pregunta es afirmativa las tags son negativas y viceversa.
