Exercises
A falta de contexto, en las siguientes oraciones aparece entre paréntesis su función comunicativa. Escríbelas en estilo indirecto. Algunas se pueden escribir de dos formas, por ejemplo:
Can you help me, Susan?, John asked.
---> John asked Susan if she could help him.
---> John asked Susan to help him.
1.-Answer the phone, please, John, said the sergeant. (order)

Escribe estas oraciones en estilo indirecto. Todas ellas empezarán por: "The new student told / asked me lastweek..."
1.-"My name is Rachel."

3.-"I come from Ireland."
4.-"Where were you born?"
5.-"I've always lived in Cork."
6.-"Have you always lived in Belmonte?"
7.-"I'm studying in Spain this year because I want to be able to speak Spanish."
8.-"Can you speak English?"
9.-"Last year I went to Mexico for a month."
10.-"Have you ever been outside Europe?"
