Start slowly , I mean try to learn new words (vocabulary) you can do this by seeing series, listening songs, or maybe you can try talking in omegle with american people, that will help you a lot, other thing that you can do is writing, is important your speaking and your listening, but please don't forget about the reading, it's important too,  so try to listen songs and in a paper write the words you understand, do it with patience. At the beginning it will be difficult but with a lot of practice and support from you, you will improve your English
