A perfect city has to have good people that work hard in order to keep their city majestically. It has to have lot of recreational places, where its population can go to have fun and enjoy the nature, besides in that city must have some hospitals, clinics, universities, schools, offices, police and fire departments, libraries, malls, food places, sport camps and any place, which a normal city has; the most important thing is how to be people that live there, because the most outstanding civilizations have been what they have been because its dwellers.
