In most cases, lots of aging people don’t realize they have it until they experience major hearing loss. This condition is also aggravated and brought on by the inner ear losing function. It’s not possible to prevent this condition, but you can avoid compounding it by being aware of ear protection and avoiding exposure to loud noise as much as possible.
