Esta es la formula para pasado progresivo, también conocido como pasado continuo: Sujeto + Verbo to be en pasado (Was/were) + Verbo + ing.
Por ejemplo. Yo estaba comiendo pizza ( I WAS EATING PIZZA)
También puedes añadir un complemento si así lo deseas. Muchas veces en las tareas se trata de comprender la oración y completarla.
