Indeed, since 2016 the Peruvian Government has accomplished the international acquaintance of the called ‘’Mar de Grau’’ (Grau Sea) as political property of the mentioned nation. In fact, the International Court of Justice, currently located in La Haya (Netherlands), recognized the Grau Sea as Peruvian jurisdiction and issued all the corresponding documents to enforce the decision.
