Dear friend:

I hope you are in good health and with your whole family. As you know there is a serious disease called covid-19. That is why today I bring you recommendations to avoid getting infected.

• Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing or cover yourself with the inside of your elbow and do not spit.

• Throw away used tissues in the trash.

• Wash your hands immediately with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

I hope you take good care of yourself, you know that we love you and that we want you to be well ... take care of yourself.
