Driss is looking for work after spending the last six months in prison. The mother throws him out of the house. Surely he only has compulsory studies but he is intelligent, spontaneous and determined. He's big, has a sense of humor and character (he can even be threatening).
Philippe is a millionaire, educated, sophisticated, vital, a lover of art and his wife, who is left quadriplegic as a result of a paragliding accident. He has an adopted daughter whom he ignores and who goes to hers. The consequences of the accident and the loss of his beloved wife, was a difficult life• Multimedia and Telecommunications studies have embittered his character. It can be despotic, unfair, and rude. You cannot find a caregiver that lasts longer than two weeks.
Yvonne is the manager of Philippe's house. She functions in the story as Driss's informant, confidant, and guide (mentor) within the new world where she lands. The young man will also cause some change in her by initiating a relationship with the gardener.
