6. En este caso no estoy segura de como está escrita la oración, pero a mi parecer quedaría con just así: "Monica says she just caught the train so she'll be here in half an hour."

Explicación:

Already es comúnmente usado para describir alguna acción terminada o que acabas de finalizar; tal cual la traducción sería "ya". I've already had dinner - Ya he cenado/ya cené

Just es para describir una acción que acabas de hacer hace un par de momentos, minutos o segundos. I just had dinner - Acabo de cenar

Yet es usado para explicar que "aún" o "todavía" no haz realizado cierta actividad. I haven't had dinner yet - Aún no he cenado.
