Just es para describir una acción que acabas de hacer hace un par de momentos, minutos o segundos. I just had dinner - Acabo de cenar
Yet es usado para explicar que "aún" o "todavía" no haz realizado cierta actividad. I haven't had dinner yet - Aún no he cenado.
