Dear sales manager,

I sent you this letter of complaint because the last steel shipment does not match with our order from September 3th. On that date, we placed an order and paid for 75 hardened steel pipes, with 4 inches width and 15 feet long. Today, we received the goods and they have the wrong dimensions as they are 3 inches width instead of 4″.

At this moment this material is not useful for us. So, we need you to send us the correct shipmetn as soon as possible.
