d) We didn´t go skiing because It hadn´t snowed for weeks.

e) The youth hostel didn´t had our booking but we had made.

f) They left their camera in the hotel so they had used their smartphones to take photos.

En el e no estoy segura si es "didn´t had" o "hadn´t".
