Since the industrial revolution in the 1700’s and Gutenberg’s invention of printing press in the 1500’s, no other technological advance has impacted on a big scale society as the INTERNET. Nobody in the actual world is out of the influence’s sphere of this (the "datasphere"), and day by day its importance is increasing in hundred of thousands of new users. In this sense, a population of twenty people was asked ten fundamental questions about the way in which the INTERNET has affected their lives and their expectatives about the future of this informatic community. The sample is composed for people among 19 and 45 years old, from students to professionals, from United States and other countries (Mexico, Taiwan, India, Italy, Bosnia, Egypt, etc.).

There are many reasons for a student to study public administration, yet the biggest one may be the ability to make a difference in your own community. The decisions a public administrator makes help transforms his or her own town (or perhaps, even country) into a better and more pleasant place to live. The issues dealt with are sometimes challenging and complex, taking many years to solve. However, if they are successful, a sense of personal pride can be maintained as a difference is truly being made. A public administration degree will provide students with strong communication skills, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, analytical, and fundraising capabilities that are necessary to this position.
