Do you remember some stories you heard as a child? Can you tell one?
Read the following blog post about a teen who tells us an interesting story. Observe the use of simple past (-ed) and past continuous

am Rosy. I lived in the country as a child. It was an excellent time of my life. I remember one day, I was going to the river because it
as my favorite place to swim. As I was walking, I saw a little girl. She was very beautiful with her long black hair. She was crying. I
nmediately ran up to her, and as I was getting closer, she stood up and ran away. I ran faster to catch up with her. When I finally got close
o her, she turned, and I could see her face was full
of scars. I screamed like crazy and returned to my house. I told the story to my mom and she told me that happened to girls like me who
lidn't listen to their mothers. My mom always told me not to go to the river alone, but I never paid attention. It was my favorite place and
had lots of fun there. However, I learned the lesson. So, kids always listen to your mother! I really don't know how, but they always know
vhat is best for us.

if in my uncle's house, which was next to my house, they hurt and scared my cousins and wouldn't let them sleep. Currently they left that house are in the canton duran. What happened to that house? The truth is that they still grieve and sometimes when I am in my yard noises can be heard inside that house.

si en la  casa de mi tio que estaba  a lado de mi casa penan y hacian asustar a mis primos y no los dejaban dormir . Actualmente ellos se fueron de esa casa estan en el canton duran . ¿Que paso con esa casa? La verdad aun siguen penando y a veces cuando estoy en mi patio se escuchan ruidos dentro de esa casa.
