I was talking with my grandma while she was driving and she wants to show me a pic that she found on internet, about a little cat sleeping; when she took the phone and started looking the pic a big car was coming in fornt of us and it crashed with our car. Then i woke up in a hospital and i was asking where i was and what i was doing there, doctors told me that i was at the hospital and they told  me that my grandma died because of the accident.
