n my opinion the sport is a good way of being kept healthy. You can play sports for fun or for health. There are many types of sport between which you can choose. There is water sports, land and height. There are sports mas dangerous and other mas easy to practise. The important thing is that eligas a sport that you like and with the one that estes in it forms while you amuse yourself. Finally, in my opinion, the whole world deberia to practise algun sport, but it is necessary to practise it every day in order that it is something that helps us to improve our physical condition and that us contributes this sensation of well-being that one feels when one obtains something.
