o, simplificando por 100 la primera,                                            

                                                 $\displaystyle\ \left \{ {{2x+y=316} \atop {y-x=22}} \right.$

Para resolver el sistema (por ejemplo) por sustitución, despejamos y en la segunda ecuación :

                                                  $y = 22+x$

Y sustituimos en la primera,

                                                  $2x + 22 + x = 316$

o sea,

                                                  $3x = 316-22 = 294$

                                                   $\displaystyle\ x = \frac{294}{3}$

y es

                                                    $\boxed {x = 98}$

y como y = 22+x, resulta

                                                   $\boxed {y = 120}$

Prueba

$200\times98 + 100\times 120 = 31600\\120 - 98 = 22$
